Feasting within the Kingdom of Dragonia!

Adventurers may prepare their own meals at their fire, on grills, and use the kitchenette (basic supplies provided).
NEW - Communal Food Prep Area in the Great Hall. Located at the middle of the Retreat Centers and near where camping is this year. (Bring grills, utensils, and any other provisions with you. A grill will be provided, and tables for food prep and eating will be set up in the hall. Refrigerators in the hall and in Retreat Center 3 are shared use; first come, first served.)

$235 includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for Wed through Sunday. (*BEST VALUE*) 
Sunday lunch is our final meal together.  Meal Plan includes the Sat. evening Grand Feast of Dragonia at 6pm.  

Children’s Meal Plan Pricing:  FREE for ages 0-4 years, and for ages 5-11 years it’s half price, $117.50.

Individual meals may be purchased separately.  Breakfast – $14, Lunch – $16, Dinner – $22, Sat. evening Grand Feast – $30.  When ordering, the website cart will ask you to specify the day for each meal ordered.

Please reserve meals ahead of time to guarantee meals.  Our deadline for the caterer is about one week ahead of the event.  However, as long as the link is open you may order, as we will have a small buffer.  Once we have reached our caterers buffer limit we will no longer be able to request meals, and we will close the link.  It is possible a limited number of meals may still be available day-of for walk-ins, however there are no guarantees.  We have had to turn people away in the past when tickets ran out.  It is best to order in advance to help with planning and to ensure we can meet your needs.

Breakfast served – 8:30am thru 9:30am
Lunch served – 12:30pm thru 1:30pm
Dinner served – 6pm thru 7pm
*Feasting (buffet style) is available for the full hour.  Food is replenished for the first 45 minutes.  You may enter the feasting line as many times as you choose!  Meals will start and end promptly on time to enable board gaming and event planning around meal times.
 
General Notes
– Distinctive items from our region will be served, such as locally made jams and real Maple Syrup!
– Dietary Needs – Our desire is to accommodate all dietary needs.  Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options will be available (to ensure we are able to meet your needs, please make a note on your reservation when booking so that we have an accurate head count).
– Allergies – Please let us know if you have any food allergies, and we will accomdate you.  We will also ensure things are well labeled.
– A water dispenser is available 24 hrs a day in the dining hall near the South Wing.
– More than one meat option will be available at each meal, e.g. if pork is served, there will be an option other than pork, such as chicken.
– Protein options other than meat will be available at every meal, e.g. black beans and chick peas on the salad bar.
– Fresh Cracked Scrambled eggs will be served every morning (without any meat in them).
 

2026 MENU —  The menu below is an example from last year.  While many things may be similar, there are changes, such as all eggs will be fresh cracked every morning!  The caterer has been very receptive to your feedback from last year!  

Grand Feast of Dragonia – Sat, 8/22, 6-8:45pm

Join adventurers from near and far for an evening of feasting, friendship, merriment, and celebration!

NEW LOCATION – This event will be held outside on the lawn this year near the new LARP location.  In case of rain, the event center across the road may be used. 
Bring lawn chairs. 
❧ Limited tent space, tables, and metal chairs also provided.

The Saturday evening celebration includes the announcement of the Tabletop Game Design Contest Winner, Tournament Awards, Theatre, LARP, and the Recognition of Adventurers whose heroic deeds have saved the Kingdom of Dragonia from untold dangers!  We invite you to don medieval high fantasy attire;  whether knight, mage, merchant, noble, or traveler, guests are warmly encouraged to attend in character and in their finest Dragonian attire (not required).

6:00pm Welcome & Introductions will start promptly at 6pm
6:15pm Winner of our Inaugural Tabletop Game Design Contest Announced
6:30pm Feasting at the Royal Table (this year will be an outdoor feast to remember with a variety of grilled foods and side dishes).
7:00pm Recognition of Adventurers, Tournament Awards, and Court Shenanigans Continue
8:00-8:15pm Medieval Dancing
