Meals in 2025 prepared by Corning Catering! A phenomenal local caterer.

$195 includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for Wed through Sunday. (*BEST VALUE*)  Sunday lunch is our final meal together.  This includes the Sat. evening Medieval Feast.  This feast includes closing awards and thank yous for saving the kingdom in some courageous manner!  

Children’s Meal Plan Pricing:  FREE for ages 0-4 years, and for ages 5-11 years it’s half price, $97.50.

Individual meals may be purchased separately, however meals must be purchased in advance. – Breakfast – $13, Lunch – $16, Dinner – $18, Sat. evening Medieval Feast – $25.  When ordering, the website cart will ask you to specify the day for each meal ordered.

Registration deadline to guarantee meals is Sun, July 27th.

CASTLE (DINING HALL) – GENERAL NOTES

  • Meals will have a heightened focus to start promptly on time and end promptly to enable board game and event planning around meal times.
  • Food will be buffet style feasting and replenished for the entire meal time.  You may re-visit the feasting line as many times as you please.
  • All meals will include Dairy Free, Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan (V) options.  Please indicate on your registration if you have an allergy.  We will do our best to accommodate allergies and special food needs if we are aware prior to the event.
  • All menus are subject to change.
  • All breakfasts will include scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, bread (toasters available), toast toppings, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, tea, fruit.
  • All lunches and dinners will include an expansive salad bar, lunch meats, and a bread bar.  Bread bar to include various breads and toppings such as peanut butter and jelly.
  • Water and other refreshing drinks, such as lemonaide, will be available throughout the day in the Dining Hall from the fountain dispensers.
  • More than one meat option will be available at each meal, e.g. if pork is served there will also be chicken or a different option.  Also, vegan options.
  • Desserts will be available at all lunches and dinners.

Great Escape on the Lakes

The Community Board Game Network is a not-for-profit humanitarian organization that utilizes creativity, adventure, and board gaming to add value to local communities. All funds collected are used for expenses related to Great Escape on the Lake.  Our desire is to be able to fairly cover the expenses of those providing services for us.  *Application process underway for 501(c)3 status.

Refunds, less a 10% convenience fee, are provided up until July 1st. All purchases are final after July 1st.
