Your store pickup order will be prepared for you within 24 – 48 hours and you will be notified when it is ready for pickup.
If we are unable to fulfill your order or if we need to order your product to arrive at the store, we will contact you to offer a full refund and/or provide an estimated timeline of when your order will be ready.
If your order is shipping, you will receive a tracking number when your product has shipped.
Preorders are not guaranteed. We will fulfill local community pickup preorders first based on timestamp. In the event of distributor allocations, shipped preorders are processed after local community pickups have been allocated. In the event we cannot fulfill your preorder, we will fully refund you. We often do not have confirmation of our product allocations from distributors until a week prior to shipment. We reserve the right to refund preorders for any reason as needed, although our desire will be to fill every order we receive.
