All Day Scheduled Board Gaming, exhibitor, and special event scheduling is done via the table.top scheduling software. Click here to sign up for games! Most camp activities may also be scheduled ahead to better plan your time slot!
CASTLE Meal Times (Dining Hall)
Breakfast 8 – 9am, Lunch 12 – 1pm, Dinner 6 – 7pm. All you care to enjoy daily medieval feasting! Food will be replenished as needed til quarter of the hour.

Tuesday
*You may arrive as early as Tuesday while we are setting up, however camp festivities and meals do not begin until Wed at 8am.
The Main Lodge Dining Hall is available 24/7. Tables & chairs for your own meals or open gaming, and a shared kitchenette on the lower level are available for your use.
Wednesday
8am – 9am Breakfast Feast (Main Lodge Dining Hall)
9am – Open Gaming (Click here to schedule and sign up for games)
All Day – Miniature Painting in the Crafts Room
10am – Archery. Casual free-for-all.
Noon – 1pm Lunch Feast (Main Lodge Dining Hall)
1:00pm – 2:00pm Axe Throwing. Casual free-for-all.
6pm – 7pm Dinner Feast (Main Lodge Dining Hall)
9pm – Community Fire Pit // LARP Fire Pit
Thursday

1pm – 3pm – Axe Throwing Tournament. Please show up 15 mins ahead of start time. Rewards 5g, 3g, 1g top 3, raffle ticket for each player.

Great Escape on the Lake
"The Most Adventurous Experience Ever"

The Community Board Game Network is a not-for-profit humanitarian organization that utilizes creativity, adventure, and board gaming to add value to local communities. All funds collected are used for expenses related to Great Escape on the Lake. Our desire is to be able to fairly cover the expenses of those providing services for us. *Application process underway for 501(c) status.
Refunds, less a 10% convenience fee, are provided up until July 1st. All purchases are final after July 1st.
