Great Escape on the Lake is a not-for-profit event. 100% of funds go directly toward offsetting the cost of hosting this annual event. Thank you for your contribution!

VENDOR REQUEST + 2 Complimentary Full Event Admission - Outdoor or Indoor space
If you are not approved as a vendor your admin contribution will be refunded. Approved vendors are non-refundable. All vendors may have their logo put in the convention booklet. Please email it to GEOTL@GreatEscapeAdventures.net. This is a not-for-profit event, and all donated funds go toward the event. Please bring your own tent, tables, and chairs (or rent them below). Outdoor sites do not have electric. You will be provided an outdoor 12' x 12' location or an Indoor location for up to an 8 ft table in the Main Lodge if you are a tabletop game designer (space permitting). Please specify your choice in the notes section of your order. Amenities such as tables, chairs, tents, etc are not provided unless ordered ahead.

Electric can be provided for an additional fee. This is a one time event fee for the entire event. We will run extension cords to your booth and have a single outlet available. You may bring a power strip if desired.

A 12' x 12' tent will be set up and ready for you on your space! This is a one time fee for the entire event. When you are ready to leave, just leave it there. We will take it down and put everything away after the event!
