ADMISSION BADGE - FULL EVENT - 1 Badge / Person - Wed thru Sun
One badge grants one person daily convention access for the full event, Wednesday through Sunday (feel free to come in Tuesday to set up and play).
Please purchase Admission Badges equal to the number of persons in your party. Ages 4 and under are free.
Other amenties such as Hotel Rooms, Lodges, Camping, and Meals are optional and must be purchased separately.
RAFFLE TICKETS - Located in CASTLE (Dining Hall)
Please purchase as many raffle tickets as desired, and we will have them waiting for you at check in! There will be many Raffle items to choose from. They will be comprised of items such as board games, LARP items, RPG items, items from our vendors and exhibitors. Proceeds benefit the Community Board Game Network (CBGN). The CBGN is a not-for-profit humanitarian organization that utilizes creativity, adventure, and board gaming to add value to local communities.
GEOTL EVENT T-SHIRT
This is to preorder one GEOTL T-shirt sized Small through 6X. Shirts are Gildan 50/50, standard style or similar. T-shirt is red.
LARP Badge - Bring your own gear - 1 Badge / Person
This LARP Badge is for those bringing their own gear. One LARP badge expresses interest for one person's participation in LARP for any portion of GEOTL. Please fill out and send us a character sheet (downloadable from our website) as soon as possible after signing up. Character sheets may be emailed to LARP@GreatEscapeAdventures.net.
In addition to your LARP badge, please purchase Event Admission Badges equal to the number of persons in your party. Event Admissions Badges, Lodging, and Meals must be purchased separately.
LARP Badge - Use our gear - 1 Badge / Person
If you bring your own LARP gear, then Gear Rental is NOT required. If you do plan to use any of our LARP gear, this fee offsets the cost of repairs, replacement, and new gear each year. Items will be required to be signed out, and a full name and email address provided to use LARP equipment. This enables you to use our swords, shields, cloaks, daggers, etc, on a first come, first serve basis. Some items will be signed out for the whole event, while others may be signed out daily. Please email us if there is something specific you are hoping for and we will do our best to have it available. Please provide a list of options in order of importance.
