LARP Lodge
Lodge Rooms each have 2 bunk beds (2 top bunks and 2 lower bunks). 8 rooms total per lodge.
Cost for whole event: $125 per person per bed or $400 per private room (includes all 4 beds).
- European Hostel-style mixed groups, all male, and all female rooms available.
- Electric
- Dorm style showers and bathrooms located inside lodge.
- LARP Tavern this year is in this lodges central gathering room with fireplace. 24' x 38'.

- Two twin beds in 5 rooms. $550/room/event
- Full size bed in 1 room. $550/room/event.
- A full bed and twin bed in two of the rooms. $600/room/event
- Linens, blankets, and pillows provided.
- Come in as early as Tue to set up.

The Community Board Game Network is a not-for-profit humanitarian organization that utilizes creativity, adventure, and board gaming to add value to local communities. All funds collected are used for expenses related to Great Escape on the Lake. Our desire is to be able to fairly cover the expenses of those providing services for us. *Application process underway for 501(c)3 status.
Refunds, less a 10% convenience fee, are provided up until July 1st, 2023. All purchases are final after July 1st.
