MAIN LODGE HOTEL ROOMS, RETREAT LODGES, AND HILLSIDE LODGE
You can book a private Lodge Room(s), Dorm Room, or Hotel Room for the entire event (private rooms vary and can sleep 2-4 people or rent an entire wing that sleeps up to 16 people).
Admission Badges sold separately from lodging.
Shared Lodge Rooms Available – $45/person/night or $125/person for the entire event for a shared lodge room or rent a private lodge room for the entire event (sleeps 4) for $400.
European hostel-style lodging. Individual travelers will be able to choose between shared all-male, all-female, or mixed-gender lodge rooms. Children must be accompanied by and cared for by a guardian (childcare not provided).

This ticket includes use of the LARP Fire Pit (events based on LARP schedule), and the Main Lodge Community Fire Pit. Please bring firewood (firewood will be available for purchase). Individual fire pits are not allowed immediately outside the lodges due to fire concerns. Cooking appliances are not allowed in the Retreat Lodges, however you may bring an extension cord and use crockpots, etc, outside the cabin. Feel free to bring a grill or cook over the outdoor LARP fire pit.
Come in and set up Tue. Meal services, camp activities, and scheduled gaming do not begin until Wed at 9am. You are welcome to use the gaming hall any time.
Admission Badges are not included with the camping ticket, and are required to be purchased separately for each person. Admission Badges cover the expenses of the camp and include access to most activities, such as primitive woodworking, axe throwing, and archery.
Retreat lodges include a central gathering room with fireplace and chairs, indoor dorm style restrooms and showers, low speed internet, and twin bunk beds. Linens and pillows are not provided.
HOTEL ROOMS and dorm style rooms are available in the main lodge, and are in the same building as the food, the main gaming area, a shared kitchenette, and a couple of the breakout rooms. They also include pillows and sheets provided, high speed internet, and inside dorm style restrooms and showers with soap provided (hotel rooms and some dorm rooms include private bathrooms with towels and full amenties).
The HILLSIDE LODGE boasts a full private kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 8 individually rentable rooms with 2 twin beds in each, along with a shared living room and dining room. Guests may also enjoy the private outside patio, grill, and personal fire pit. This is definitely a premium lodge experience.

- An upstairs and a downstairs shared bathroom (may also use main lodge dorm style bathrooms). Soap provided.
- Two twin beds in six rooms. $550/room/event
- A full bed and twin bed in two of the rooms. $600/room/event
- Linens, blankets, and pillows provided.
- Come in as early as Tue to set up.
- Bookings are for the entire event only.

Great Escape on the Lake
"The Most Adventurous Experience Ever"
The Community Board Game Network is a not-for-profit humanitarian organization that utilizes creativity, adventure, and board gaming to add value to local communities. All funds collected are used for expenses related to Great Escape on the Lake. Our desire is to be able to fairly cover the expenses of those providing services for us. *Application process underway for 501(c)3 status.
Refunds, less a 10% convenience fee, are provided up until Sat, July 1st, 2023. All purchases are final after Sat, July 1st.
