VENDOR REGISTRATION - Form will be emailed. 12' x 12' Outdoor space
Please bring your own tent, tables, and chairs (or rent them below). Sites do not have electric. Please add electric as an optional amenity if you will require electricity and we will run an extension cord to your vendor site prior to your arrival.
You will be provided an outdoor 12' x 12' location in the Market or in the Medieval Village.
If you are in the Medieval Village you must be in cosplay anytime you are open for business, and demonstrations are highly encouraged. Also, your wares must be medieval in nature, such as pottery, wooden items, braided items, hand-made candles, etc.
Vendor registrations are non-refundable. If you are not approved as a vendor, then your registration will be refunded.
It is desired of all vendors that you donate an amount completely at your discretion based on how well YOU do at the event! =) We think this is the most fair way to conduct business...we'll leave it up to you!
Amenities such as tables, chairs, tents, etc have fees associated with them.
Table - 1 Table (Sized based on your preference, and availability)
Table will be set up and ready for you. When you are done, just leave it and go. We'll take care of everything! Price is per day per table.
Chair - 1 Folding Chair
Chairs will be set up and ready for you. Price is per day per chair.
Electric - One time fee per event
Electric can be provided for an additional fee. This is a one time event fee, whether for one day or all days. We will run extension cords to your booth and have a single outlet available. You may bring a power strip and plug it in if desired.
Tent (12' x 12') - One time event fee
A 12' x 12' tent will be set up and ready for you on your space! When you are ready to leave, just leave it there. We will take it down and put everything away after the event!
